| Embroidery | Embroidered garments are produced on our multi-head embroidery machines, providing a prestigious and high quality product. We can embroider up to 16 colours per design. An accurate quotation can only be made upon sight of your artwork. Once the design has been digitised it is stored on our system and can be used again and again without incurring any further origination costs. |
| Screen Printing | This is the industry standard for professional printing onto garments and is ideal for medium (10) to larger runs 1000's. This process creates a permanent image which will withstand many washings and can be used on all sorts of garments. The cost increases with the number of ink colours per design, up to a maximum of six. Each ink colour is printed using a separate screen. Properly prepared vectored artwork is vital for achieving a good result. Minimum order for screen Printing is £60.00 this is due to the labour cost required to both set up and dismantle afterwards, making it not cost effective for small quantities. |
| Multi Colour Digital Printing (Latest technology) |
This is the type latest digitial printing method suitable for a wide range of garment / fabric printing incorporating the latest digitial technology. With a low minimum quantity this is ideal for small to medium runs capable of being printed onto both light and dark garments. |
| Thermal transfer printing | Ideal method for printing photographic images onto mainly T-Shirts. This printing method has advanced considerably over the last few years and now offers a very good alternative to screen printing especially for low volumes (from 1) and multi coloured logos. These transfers fall into two categories. Firstly the type that will Print directly onto white garments (mainly T-Shirt fabric and secondly onto dark fabric. This is more complex (and expensive) than the first variety, but does provide a good machine washable logo which can go onto lots of different types of fabrics including pols, jackets etc. |
