Embroidery

Embroidered garments are produced on our multi-head embroidery machine, providing a prestigious and high quality product. We can embroider up to 16 colours per design.

An accurate quotation can only be made upon sight of your artwork. Once the design has been digitised it is stored on our system and can be used again and again without incurring any further origination costs.

Screen Printing

This process creates a permanent image which will withstand many washings and can be used on all sorts of garments, from sweat shirts to baseball caps. The cost increases with the number of ink colours per design, up to a maximum of six. Each colour is printed using a separate screen.

Thermal Transfer

This is a cheaper method of printing, requiring no screens.Ideally suited to one-offs on T-shirts, individual numbering (eg football shirts) and for photo images on both dark and light colours. Garments can be machine washed, but generally have a shorter lifespan than screen printed items.
